He entered Ambev through the innovation department door and was instrumental in developing the Front-End Innovation process. This strategy earned Ambev a place among Brazil's top 10 most innovative companies for the first time, as recognized by Valor Econômico.
At Brahma, he is responsible for developing tools that help maintain the brand's strategic and creative rigor. These tools contributed to the brand's first gold at Effie Brazil, in addition to two golds, three silvers, one bronze, and the title of the brand of the year for Brahma at Effie LATAM.
